Green Hornets Football

Football was established as one of the original Green Hornets sports in 1949. The program has grown into one of the counties largest and finest. For the 2009 season we fielded 17 tackle and 5 flag teams of over 430 kids, 100 plus coaches and numerous volunteers in eight different weight levels.

• The Green Hornets football program is a member of the Anne Arundel Youth Football Association (AAYFA). The AAYFA has 22 organizations as members and fields around 200 teams.
• Therefore, our program operates and abides by all rules, guidelines and standards set forth by the AAYFA and Anne Arundel County Parks and Recreation.
