ABOUT: The Green Hornets' Softball Program is composed of Club level teams, as well as Select level teams. In total, the Green Hornets' Softball Program provides the opportunity for approximately 300 girls to compete. AGE RANGE: Green Hornets' softball is available for girls ages 5 to 18.

COST: Club $80; Select Fees determined by individual teams to cover cost of season. Pre-Season Softball Camp $70.

SEASON: Practices begin in late March with games being played from mid-April to mid-June. Tournament team and select team seasons run further into the summer months, varying with each team.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• All Softball coaches and assistant coaches must be certified with Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks. The clinics are free, and certification is valid for three years and good for all County recreational sports. For information about upcoming certification clinics, visit the A.A.
